Roberto Serrano
Founder · Event Director
Roberto Serrano is an event producer and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience across Latin America and Europe. His experience spans independent event production, private-club operations, sports and sailing events, corporate and institutional ceremonies, and international logistics. Dínamo brings that operational background together with strategy, experience design, structured processes and an AI-first approach.
